Scope and Contents In 1795 John Cantine was granted the tidal flats on the northern mouth of the Catskill Creek. The lands were broken into large tracts and subdivided in order to convey the land evenly by ballot to seven proprietors a decade later in 1805. This map, prepared by John Kiersted on behalf of the proprietors shows the color coded divisions or "classes" with a number and letter assigned to each subdivision of each lot. Scope and Contents This small collection represents a handful of historic documents and ephemera kept by Ken Mabey related to the history of the hamlet of Cornwallville, Durham, NY. Of note are two cardpaper handbills of the Mitchell Hollow Telephone Company listing their rules and regulation and the names and corresponding ring sequences of residents connected to the phone system. Also included is a manuscript history of the Durham Central School.

Scope and Contents This collection comprises a selection of Materials related to the Craw and Deubert families of Coxsackie. Of particular note is a selection of ephemera related to local businesses during the interwar period, some mid-20th century election ephemera, and a fragment of canvas from an aircraft that crashed in Coxsackie in 1936. Also included are materials from the 1937 and 1938 classes of Coxsackie High School.
